We pick five venues out from around Meresyside and ask our listeners to donate toys.
The only things we ask is that the toys are unraped and new. Unraped so that we know what the toy is so we know who to give it to and new as we don't have second hand children so we dont give them second hand toys.
BBC Meresyside along with Radio City and the Liverpool Echo, who also collect the toys, hand all donations in to a local lions club to be sent out in the local area. Meaning that all donations made in Liverpool stays in Liverpool.
