All League and National league fixtures are off until the pandemic is over.

That being said this game is at Wembley are after the date that the games are tabled to start up again so have stayed in the calendar.

If fooball does get back underway before the finals where due then we can be at Wembley for the game to see who will play in League One next year.


However even if they do start playing, with the fixture pile up is it highly possable that this fixture is pushed back to a later date.

BBC in Hereford and Worcester Tour

Breakfast in Hereford along with the Bull.

Last year BBC Hereford and Worcester teamed up with the BBC Bus to take the breakfast show on the road for a week.

Plans are still at and early stage at the moment however we do look like doiung the same again for the ARIA Local Radio Station of the year.

BBC Tees Tour

BBC Tees has hoped to use the bus for a tour around teeside.

However with the Covid 19 pandmeic ongoing it looks highly unlikley that this will happen.

RHS Chatsworth Flower Show 2020

The newest of the RHS Flower shows has become another large event to be called off due to the Covid 19 pandemic. 

Due to be only the 4th time the event was held at the Derbyshire stately home, visiters will now haveto wait until next year for a chace to see the show gargends at Chatsworth.

Linconshire Show 2020

The  Linconshire Show has become another large event to be cancelled by the Covid 19 pandemic. 

The show was called off after The Prime Minister band all gathering of 2 or more people.

For that reason it became clear that this event counldn't go on.

This years Godiva Festival in Coventry has been called off due to Covid 19 pandemic. 

This was to be another event in the run up to the City of Culture 2021 year for Coventery.

Bristol Pride 2020

This years Bristol Pride Festival is yet another event that has be called off due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

The BBC Bus was due to go go to the festival for the first time this year to help add to BBC Radio Bristol's award winning coverage.

A new date looks set to be annouced in Sepember and hopefully we can be there for that.

The Great Yorkshire Show 2020

This years Great Yorkshire Show has become another event that has been hit by the Covid 19 Pandemic. 

The BBC Bus has gone to the last five show on the Harrogate showground to broadcast for BBC Radio Leed, BBC Radio York, BBC Radio Humberside and BBC Radio Sheffeild.

Lakefest 2020

The BBC has supported growing music festivals from the outset and Lakefest is no different.

The BBC Bus will be joined at Lakefest by BBC Hereford and Worcester's intrducing programe and even run our own stage.

Plans are still early at the momnet so I will put up more details when we have them.

Festival of the Thrift

This years Festival of the Thrift has, at the moment, not fallen victim to the Covid 19 pandemic.

This means that we could be in for a good time in September along with our freinds from BBC Radio Tees.

Planning is at an early stage at the moment so I will pass on more detials when I get them.

Please note that due to events beeing called off earler on in the year, other events may rearange on the same date.  This means that, depending on events, we may not end up going here but will be out this weekend.

Bristol Pride 2020 - Rearanged Date

A new date for Bristol Pride has been anounced after the original date was called off due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

Until things settle down and we can see who has rearanged events for when we can't comit to being at any of the events however this is one of the events we would like to go to.

No planning from the BBC's point of view has gone into this yet however we should be broadcasting from Clifton Downs for BBC Radio Bristol.

This years Royal County Of Berkshire Show at the Newbury showground is another event that has been called off due to the Covid 19 pandemic. 

Planning fpr BBC Radio Berkshire's coverage of the show had not yet started so there will be no details of who were coming to do an outside broadcast.

London Marathon 2020 - New Date

The London Marathon 2020 should have been held in April but with the Covid 19 Pandemic it has been pushed back to October.

The BBC Bus will be in London to help BBC Radio London with its coverage.

Planing for this event is in its early stages far the BBC however when there is more details I will post them.

BBC Radio Meresyside Toy Appeal 2020

Every year the BBC Bus has teams up with BBC Radio Meresyside to help out with the Christmas toy appeal.

We pick five venues out from around Meresyside and ask our listeners to donate toys.

The only things we ask is that the toys are unraped and new.   Unraped so that we know what the toy is so we know who to give it to and new as we don't have second hand children so we dont give them second hand toys.


BBC Meresyside along with Radio City and the Liverpool Echo, who also collect the toys, hand all donations in to a local lions club to be sent out in the local area.  Meaning that all donations made in Liverpool stays in Liverpool.

BBC Suffolk Christmas Tour 2020

It's becoming more of a Chritmas treat.  Every year in the last full week before Chritsmas, the BBC Bus heads down to team up with the James Hazel show at BBC Radio Suffolk.

Monday to Friday we Broadcast from a differant location each day and meet up with Father Christmas.

The bus is turned into a traveling grotto and even at times, gets help from santa's elfs.

Its still early days at the moment so we have no more details to post.
